对不起，我不爱国。

我曾经尝试去改观，抹去我个人对本国的不满与批评，但是这个国家一次又一次的让我失望。无论是政治，或是教育制度，都让我彻底地失望。我爱国家，但国家爱我吗？

一直以来，我很努力地读书，同时，也不忘踊跃参与课外活动，只希望可以获得奖学金，减轻父母财经上的负担。SPM成绩终于揭晓了，我期盼的11A1并不能如我所愿般呈现在我眼前，只拿了10科A1，1科A2(不是炫耀喔！)。什么科目获得A2呢？就是我的母语---华文。老师知道了，也格外惊讶。后来，老师透露说，只有获得85或90分以上的同学才能摘到那甜美的果实，一个让人垂涎三尺的A1。

唉！这就是马来西亚。其他科目，譬如：物理、化学、生物、数学、高级数学，只要能够踩到60分的界线，A1已稳稳在手。为什么呢？因为政府正努力证明姓“马”的种族也能掌握这些高难度的科目。好骄傲啊！而华文是外语，只有本国二等公民会修的科目，所以政府就想尽办法，调高程度，越少人获得A1越好，让这些不知好歹的华裔子弟尝尝拿外语的滋味儿。哼！

我申请了政府奖学金(JPA)。我以为，政府所说的“华文成绩并不算在内”是真实的，但这都是片面语。尽管我已符合JPA所拟定的条件，但最后还是落空了。愤怒这两个字已无法解析我的心情；应该是无奈、憎恨和失望的混合体吧！也许其他人各方面的表现都不及你，可是他们却能赢取这值百万的彩票，有机会越洋追随自己的梦想，开支一概由政府支付。

为什么他们“波列”，我“达波列”呢？这是一道傻问题，因为天下的马来西亚人都清楚知道其答案。种族歧视嘛!

JPA口口声声说他们已重新调整固打(quota) ，土著55%；非土著45%。你相信吗？当然不。因为JPA集团已千交待，万交待，叫你别相信他们啊！想想看JPA代表什么？

我有一名获得此奖学金的朋友已经在INTEC办登记手续，开始接收预科班教育，六个月后就将飞往他国深造。她说，300人当中，大约只有30名非土著(包括华裔及印裔)。你觉得JPA之前说的数据真实吗？他们只是在办舞台剧。Raja Petra Kamarudin说的十分有道理：在马来西亚，90%税收来自于非土著 (华裔占多数) ，10%来自于非土著(巫裔占多数)；但90%奖学金给了土著，10% 给了非土著。

公布了这数据之后，巫统青年团竟然还敢大呼小叫，说这新调整的固打并不符合条例，会剥夺土著的教育机会。岂有此理！难道我们不是马来西亚人吗？Please larr………看吧，我用“larr”这个助词，代表我是不折不扣的大马人，完完全全被这里的文化影响啊！可是，我们却无法享有土著所拥有的待遇。哇，经过50年独立，马来西亚人终於有一个超越他国的技巧啦！那就是-----分辨肤色。厉害吧！ 马来西亚波列！

再者，JPA之前也说过，为了公平起见，一个家庭绝对不可有一人以上获得这奖学金。他们在睁眼说瞎话。我认识一个人，家庭中，有两人获得这彩票。姐姐被派去韩国；妹妹则被派到UK(不是ULU KAPIT喔！是UNITED KINGDOM！) ；另外一名朋友，成绩AABB的，学校考试平均分数是60分，出乎意料外，她却获得了这奖学金。所以，你能想像JPA口中的特优生(top achievers) 到底有多top了吧！我并不是在批评真正有资格获取这奖学金的人，我想要表达的是 JPA根本没有好好筛选“入围名单侯选人”。

我对中四学生的劝告是：除了10科必拿科目，尽量选修其他容易获得A1的科目，以提高你中奖学金的机率。若你觉得很辛苦，那就得劳烦父母扩大交际范围，尽量与教育高官打交道，让高官为你预定奖学金。这方法是大多数人在采用的喔！所以说嘛，做人别太老实，老实人吃亏啊！

我失望我持有的身份证是大马卡，因为我根本感受不到让我得以在这儿生存下去的余地。这真的是我的国家吗？逃吧！ :P

Food Disappears Mysteriously...Aliens or Rats?

In Japan, a man became suspicious when food stored in his house began disappearing mysteriously over the past few months.

To reveal the truth, he installed security cameras that could transmit images to his mobile phone. One of the cameras captured someone loitering inside his house after he had left for work. He then called the police believing it was a burglar. However, when the police arrived, they found the door locked and all the windows closed.

"We searched the house, checking everywhere someone could possibly hide," said the police spokesman, Hiroki Itakura.

"When we slid open the shelf closet, there she was, curled up in the space-limited closet."

Police found the 58-year-old woman hiding in the top compartment of the man's closet and arrested her for trespassing.

The woman told police she had no place to live and first sneaked into the man's house about a year ago when he left it unlocked.

She had moved a mattress into the small closet space and even took showers in the man's house!

Unborn Foetus On Operation

The picture shows a 21-week-old unborn baby named Samuel Alexander Armas, who is being operated on by a surgeon named Joseph Bruner.

Do you see the tiny hand of the foetus grasping the doctor’s finger?

The foetus was diagnosed with spina bifida and would not survive if removed from his mother's womb. Practicing at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Dr. Joseph Bruner performs these special operations while the baby is still in the womb. During the procedure, the doctor makes a small incision on the uterus to operate on the baby.

As Dr. Bruner completed the surgery on Samuel, the little guy reached his tiny but fully developed hand through the incision and firmly grasped the surgeon's finger. Dr. Bruner was reported as saying that when his finger was grasped, it was the most emotional moment of his life, and that for an instant during the procedure he was just frozen, totally immobile.

The editors titled the picture, "Hand of Hope". The text explaining the picture begins, "The tiny hand of 21-week-old fetus Samuel Alexander Armas emerges from the mother’s uterus to grasp the finger of Dr. Joseph Bruner as if thanking the doctor for the gift of life."

The photograph captures this amazing event with perfect clarity. The picture has drawn thousands’ attention when it was released. Indeed the photograph and many of the texts which often accompany it seem to support this view including the account of the photographer Michael Clancy:

"As a doctor asked me what speed of film I was using, out of the corner of my eye I saw the uterus shake, but no one's hands were near it. It was shaking from within. Suddenly, an entire arm thrust out of the opening, then pulled back until just a little hand was showing. The doctor reached over and lifted the hand, which reacted and squeezed the doctor's finger. As if testing for strength, the doctor shook the tiny fist. Samuel held firm. I took the picture! Wow!

It happened so fast that the nurse standing next to me asked, "What happened?"

"The child reached out," I said.

"Oh. They do that all the time," she responded. "

On the other hand, another source shows Dr. Bruner’s reaction, denying that the baby reached out and grabbed his finger.

"The baby did not reach out," Dr Bruner said.

"The baby was anesthetized. The baby was not aware of what was going on."

He also stated, “Depending on your political point of view, this is either Samuel Armas reaching out of the uterus and touching the finger of a fellow human, or it’s me pulling his hand out of the uterus … which is what I did.”

So, was it real?

Never mind. As long as little Samuel recovered from the complications after the amazing operation. Samuel was born in perfect health, the operation was 100 percent successful. Thank God!!

Siamese Twins

When I first came across the phrase “Siamese Twins”, there was one bold question popping out of my mind.

“How do conjoined twins get their general scientific name : Siamese twins? What does Thailand have to do with conjoined twins?”

Later I found out that it wasn’t the so called first pair of Siamese twins, Chang and Eng Bunker that gives a new phrase to the English language, instead, it was their fame.

"Joined at the sternum"

Chang and Eng, the original Siamese Twins were born in 1811 in SIAM (now known as Thailand). They are two human beings joined together at birth by living tissues. When this unusual birth news knocked the eardrums of the king of Siam, he decided that the babies should be put to death due to some superstitious thinking. He thought such a birth was an evil sign, an omen that something bad was going to happen in his land. As time passed and no disaster occurred, King Rama II withdrew his decree of death for the two boys. When the two boys grew up, they were exhibited before billions of people throughout the world. Their managers, Captain Coffin and Robert Hunter brought them to different continents, meeting kings and queens. They grew famous in a short time. However, they retired and settled down a decade later.

The most interesting part of their lives was they actually GOT MARRIED to the Yates sisters, Chang to Adelaide Yates and Eng to Sarah Anna Yates!!! They have to share a large bed built for the foursome. WHOAAA!!! The people of the country bet that no children would come from this union. However, nine months after the wedding, Eng and Sallie welcomed their first-born daughter. Six days later, Chang and Adelaide welcomed their first daughter also. This continued until Eng and Sarah had produced 11 children. Chang and Adelaide were almost as productive, producing 10 children.
*Don’t ask me how. I really can’t understand. To tell you the truth, my classmates and I looked at each other clueless-ly when teacher told us each of them PRODUCED almost A DOZEN of children!! Speechless.

Ok. Done with their extraordinary marriage story. Moving on……

Eng was a very health-conscious man while Chang drowned himself in whiskey. Chang eventually got stroke. In 1874, Chang caught a cold and he passed away. Eng didn’t die at the same time. He died several hours later. The doctors expected that Eng would survive because he was healthy and fit. After the diagnosis, they found out that Eng died from shocked. Why? Imagine that Eng had to sleep beside or attach to his dead brother the whole night. If I were to attached to a cold, dead body, I would definitely get a heart attack. If I were UNFORTUNATE to be EXTREMELY HEALTHY at that moment, I might just grab a knife and stab myself to death. OUCH!!!

For your information, they were NOT the first pair of conjoined twins recorded in medical annals as there were probably about 100 such pairs known by the time of their 1811 births, a fact which helped the King of Siam reverse an early death sentence on the brothers. In fact, conjoined twins were recorded as early as 945 in Armenia and the first pair of successfully separated twins took place in 1689 by German physician G.

There Is No Words To Describe This Brutality

Let me ask you, would you ever hurt a person just because of a loaf of bread?

Well, don't be surprised if there are some cruel and cold-blooded Homo sapiens out there to commit such a sin. Read the following story and you will know how human beings can lose their minds when it comes to money.

An eight-year-old child was caught in a market in Iran for stealing bread. As a punishment, his arm will be crushed by a car. And he will lose its use permanently.

A child lost his functional left arm forever in just a few seconds! If you look at the pictures carefully, you will observe that there is a man behind the little kid, who is responsible to hold the kid's hand in place when the tyre runs over it.

Who are they to punish the little boy? Even if the boy did steal the bread, what is so serious that can cause him to lose his arm? He is only 8 YEARS OLD!!!! Educate him, don't use FORCE!!!

Another thing, I wonder how others feel when they are just metres or inches away from the poor boy. It seems that they have no feelings at all, crowding around and watching the little kid being tortured by those uncivilised culprits.

WHY? WHY?! Why no one stands up and stops this nonsense?!!!

I really can't understand. If I were to make a conclusion regarding HUMAN BEINGS with the above information, I would say : Homo sapiens are transforming, not into a better species with higher intelligence; but into a species with animals' traits found in their DNA. In short, mutation occurs.

However, I believe that there are still kind-hearted people all over the world, people who are close to God.... :) So people, don't be hurt by my conclusion...It is not a fact yet.....But it will be...... :P

Calling all Homo sapiens (people with body temperature of 36.9°C), be kind and never let your words or actions hurt others. Treat others sincerely and you will be blessed.
